Vielgestaltige Landschaft des Elbetals bestehend aus als Grünland genutzten Vordeichsflächen, Bracks, extensivem Feuchtgrünland, Magerrasen, Heiden, Dünen und Wälder nasser bis trockener Standorte

Ursprüngliche Vegetationszonierung des Elbetals auf engem Raum von tidebeeinflußten Süßwasserwatten, Röhrichten, Stromtalwiesen und Bracks bis hin zu Trockenlebensräumen am Geestfuß aus Dünen, Heiden, Grasfluren und Wäldern typischer Aufbau des Elbe-Urstromtals auf engem Raum (Übergang Marsch-Geest), bereits kontinentaler Klimaeinfluß, daher westl. Verbreitungsgrenze einiger Arten in Hamburg
