Weite steppenartige, intensiv genutzte Ackerlandschaft. Die Ackerschläge von unterschiedlicher Größe werden durch Trockenrasen, Ruderalflächen sowie markanten Obstbaumalleen und Einzelbäumen aufgelockert.

4.2 Quality and importance

Gebiet mit regelmäßigem Vorkommen einer bedeutsamen Anzahl einer global gefährdeten Art (A1). Gebiet mit regional wichtigen Vogelansammlungen (B1). Die Gebiete sind spätestens ab d.Jungsteinzeit besiedelt (5000 J. altes Großsteingrab von Gehrden). Es zählt zu den letzten oberirdisch sichtbaren Zeit-zeugen. Es liegen keine Informationen vor.
