Other Site Characteristics

Anthropogen stakk überformt, weist das Wulfener Bruch nur noch wenige natürliche Vegetationsformen auf. Saatgrasland und Äcker dominieren. Im Südosten schließen sich eine Vielzahl von Grubeneinbruchsteichen an.

4.2 Quality and importance

Bedeutendes Nahrungs-, Brut-, Rast- und Überwinterungsgebiet von Vogelarten des landwirtschaftlich genutzten Offenlandes, der Wälder und Gewässer. Gebiet mit global (A4) und regional (B1,B2) wichtigen Vogelansammlungen. In der Elbeniederung waren alle natürlichen Anhöhen in ur- und frühgeschichtlicher Zeit besiedelt. In Diebzig steht die Burganlage 'Eiskeller'. Es liegen keine Informationen vor.
