Mehrere Teilflächen z.T. in militärischem Übungsgelände und tlw. entlang der Schneisenränder der Freileitungstrasse mit Steppen-Trockenrasen, kalkreichen Sandrasen und Jurinea-cyanoides-Vorkommen.

4.2 Quality and importance

Infolge des Auftretens zahlreicher, teilweise hochgradig gefährdeter Tier- und Pflanzenarten bzw. der von ihnen besiedelten Pflanzengesellschaften mit sehr eingeschränkter Verbreitung handelt es sich um einen der wertvollsten Sandstandorte Restvorkommen pleistozäner Flugsanddünen
