zusammenhängendes, großflächiges Waldgebiet auf Buntsandstein mit repräsentativen Waldgesellschaften des Luzulo-Fagetums

4.2 Quality and importance

durch Verkehrswege nur wenig zerschnittenes Waldgebiet, die Fichtenmonokulturen sind in den Frühjahrstürmen anfang der 90iger Jahre umgefallen - die Schlagfluren wurden vom Ziegenmelker als Habitate angenommen
