Other Site Characteristics

Tramo del curso medio-alto del río Aragón, que recibe por su margen derecha las aguas de montaña de sus tributarios Lubiarre y Estarrún, procedentes del Alto Pirineo. Lecho fluvial caracterizado por la presencia de gruesos cantos rodados.

Tramo fluvial con formaciones de ribera (saucedas con Myricaria germanica) bien conservadas. Presencia habitual de nutria, con buen estado de conservación de sus hábitats.
