Other Site Characteristics

Dal punto di vista climatico il sito è influenzato dalla scarsità di precipitazioni ed è caratterizzato dalla presenza di rocce montonate silicatiche (di origine glaciale) scarsamente ricoperte di suolo. Il sito è contraddistinto dalla presenza di prati aridi endalpici e di vegetazione su sfasciume di rocce silicatiche. Il sito é attraversato da un sistema sotterraneo di bunker abbandonati che funge da hibernaculum e rifugio temporaneo per diverse specie di chirotteri dell'Allegato II e IV. Le entrate dei Bunker sono incluse nell´area protetta. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Klimatisch ist das Gebiet durch geringe Niederschläge geprägt, und von Feinerdearme silikatische Rundhöcker (durch Gletscherschliff entstanden) mit einem bedeutenden Vorkommen von inneralpischen Trockenrasen und Silikat-Felsgrusfluren charakterisiert. Das ganze Gebiet ist von einem aufgelassenen unterirdischen, Bunkersystem durchquert, der als als Winterquartier und hängeplatz für verschiedenen Fledermausarten dient. Die offenen Eingänge des Bunkersystems sind im Schutzgebiet inkludiert.

Grande quantitá di habitat e specie dell'Allegato I e II della Direttiva Habitat. Presenza di specie inserite nella Lista Rossa regionale appartenenti alle seguenti categorie di rischio: (NT) “quasi minacciata”, (EN) “in pericolo”, (VU) “vulnerabile” o inserite nella lista delle specie animali e vegetali protette. Presenza di un sito di svernamento importante a livello locale del ferro di cavallo maggiore. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sehr hoher Anteil von Arten und Lebensraumtypen des Anhanges I und II der FFH-Richtlinie. Vorkommen von Arten der regionalen Liste mit einem Gefährdungsgrad mit den Kategorien drohende Gefährdung (NT), „gefährdet“ (VU) „stark gefährdet“ (EN) oder in der Liste der geschützte Tier- und Pflanzenarten. Vorhandensein eines auf lokaler Ebene wichtigen Winterquartiers für die große Hufeisennase.
