Propaggine del M. Baldo a picco sulla Valle dell'Adige: i dolci pascoli alto-montani precipitano verso est con pittoreschi dirupi orlati dai rosati affioramenti di Ammonitico.

4.2 Quality and importance

Alcune rarità floristiche degne di nota. Valico di interesse internazionale per il transito di molte specie migratrici a medio e lungo raggio nel periodo tardo estivo e autunnale (migrazione post-riproduttiva).
