Massiccio montuoso ben delimitato che si raccorda, attraverso una rete ecologica funzionale ad altre due aree delle rete Natura 2000 (Monte Grappa e Monte Coppolo)

4.2 Quality and importance

Massiccio prealpino importante per i fenomeni carsici, per la geomorfologia e per la secolare presenza dell'uomo. Presenza di ghiaioni calcarei termofili e di boschi di Quercus pubescens.
