Other Site Characteristics

GEOLOGIA: brecce e brecciole calcaree monogeniche rupestri, calcari bianchi subcristallini. CLIMA: regione temperata, termotipo collinare superiore, ombrotipo subumido superiore.

4.2 Quality and importance

L'habitat 6210, in buono stato di conservazione, forma solo occasionalmente praterie estese a causa delle attività agricole ancora molto praticate nell'area. Anche se il livello di ricchezza floristica è buono non è stato possibile riscontrare una cospicua presenza di specie della famiglia delle orchidacee per cui tale habitat va considerato non prioritario. I boschi dell'habitat 91M0 hanno nel complesso uno stato di conservazione abbastanza soddisfacente. In alcuni casi si denota un'eccessiva penetrazione di elementi delle praterie di contatto con la conseguente banalizzazione della compagine di flora nemorale.
