Il più vecchio vulcano di Procida formato da depositi piroclastici e colate laviche.

4.2 Quality and importance

Vegetazione delle coste rocciose mediterranee, formazioni di macchia e nuclei forestali a leccio e roverella. Ricca avifauna migratoria (Ficedula albicollis, Lanius collurio, Larus audouinii).
