Other Site Characteristics

Territorio prevalentemente montuoso, caratterizzato da emergenze naturalistiche peculiari dell'Appennino meridionale sia geomorfologiche (glacialismo, carsismo, fenomeni tettonici) sia nel popolamento floro-faunistico (specie endemiche, cenosi relittuali...). L'habitat 6210 è prioritario.
