Other Site Characteristics

Inland dunes with Juniperus surrounded with open Corynephorus-grassland, dry heath and coniferous forests. In the northwestern part is a oligotrophic fen.

4.2 Quality and importance

Very importan area for Juniperus-formations, the biggest area of this type in the southern part of Holland. Fine grandients from inland dunes to forests.
