Other Site Characteristics

Old deciduous forest, mainly with oak and beech, situated on a peninsula in a lake.

4.2 Quality and importance

The old oak wood is a very good example of its kind. The area is rich in dead wood and old trees and holds a number of nationally red-listed species.
