4.2 Quality and importance

ARTICLE 4.1 QUALIFICATION (2009/147/EC) In the breeding season the area regularly supports: Circus cyaneus; 3% of the GB population; 1986 and 1987; Crex crex; 1% of the GB population; 1986 and 1987; Pyrrhocorax pyrrhocorax; 21% of the GB population; 1986 and 1987. Over winter the area regularly supports: Pyrrhocorax pyrrhocorax; 40% of the GB population; 1986 and 1987; Anser albifrons flavirostris; 18% of the GB population; over three winters 1984/85, 1986/87, 1987/88. On passage the area regularly supports: Cygnus cygnus; 2% of the GB population; 1986 and 1987. ARTICLE 4.2 QUALIFICATION (2009/147/EC) In the breeding season the area regularly supports: Melanitta nigra; <0.1% of the Western/Siberia/Western & Northern Europe/Northwestern Africa biogeographic population; 1986 and 1987.
