Other Site Characteristics

Fascia collinare che segna la transizione tra l'alta pianura veneta e i massicci prealpini. L'accentuata asimmetria ecologica origina cenosi arido-submediterranee a meridione e cenosi fresco-umide d'impronta montana a settentrione. L'habitat 6210 è da considerarsi prioritario.

Flora interessante con relitti mediterranei e notevoli penetrazioni illiriche; interessanti fitocenosi dei prati aridi (Satureion subspicatae).
