Main species composition - Salix alba /10%/, Salix fragilis /5%/, Salix triandra /5 %/, Populus alba /60%/, Ulmus minor/10%/, 60 years, Populus nigra /5%/, Jglans regia, Prunus cerasifera, Populus incana, Urtica dioica /25%/, Aristolochia clematitis /5%/, Parietaria erecta 10%,Saponaria officinalis, Galium sp., Agrimonia eupatoria, Rubus sp., Scrophularia sp., Typha angustifolia, Caltha sp. Habitat 3270 - Main species include Xanthium italicum, Xanthium sp. /90 %/, Chenopodium rubrum, Rumex sp., Althea officinalis, Lycopus exaltatus, Lycopus europaeus. Habitat 2340 - main species include Kochia prostrata, Centaurea arenaria, Tribulus terestris, Tragus racemosus, Xeranthemum annuum, Plantago scabra, Cynodon dactylon, Syntrychia ruralis. The habitat is distributed fragmentally along the right riverside of the river. Habitat 6430 - Glechoma hederacea, Epilobium hirsutum, Alliaria petiolata, Silene dioica, Lysimachia punctata, Lythrum salicaria, Angelica sylvestris, Scrophularia nodosa. Distributed at separate spots but almost massively.

4.2 Quality and importance

Here are distributed the only higher riverside forest communities at the Bregovo - Novo selo lowland, separate trees reach height up to 25-30 m they form almost not-breaking belt from Balej village to the infusion of Timok River in the Danube. The site is with low population and minimum anthropogenic influence.
