Other Site Characteristics

Poloha: Území se nachází 2,5 km j. od Jankova v okr. Benešov, 6 km v. od Votic. Ekotop: Geologie: Podloží lokality tvoří metamorfované horniny moldanubika - pararuly. Geomorfologie: Území leží ve Vlašimské pahorkatině. Reliéf: Mělká kotlina v kopcovité krajině. Pedologie: V území převažují typické kyselé kambizemě. Krajinná charakteristika: Dvě nádrže v mělké kotlině (jedna z nich již začíná mít charakter mokřadu) a luční komplexy. Biota: Větší nádrž je využívaná k intenzivnímu chovu ryb s litorálními porosty tvořenými vegetací vysokých ostřic (M1.7); litorály tvoří cca 5% plochy nádrže. Druhá nádrž, či spíše mokřad, o výměře cca 0,7 ha je z 80% zarostlá vegetací vysokých ostřic (M1.7). V okolí se vyskytují zachovalé vlhké louky.
