Mehrere Kleingewässer mit artenreicher Strandlings- und Zwergbinsen-Vegetation, die 1986 als Kompensationsmaßnahme für den Naturschutz angelegt wurden. Im Uferbereich auch Arten des Rhynchosporion.

Mesotrophe Kleingewässer mit Vorkommen zahlreicher gefährdeter Pflanzenarten, repräsentativ für den Naturraum D34. Eines von 2 Vorkommmen von Luronium im nds. Teil von D34.
