Große,zus.hängende Buchenwaldgebiete (Kalk,Basalt,Buntsandstein) mit waldnahem Grünland u. Streuobstwiesen als Jagdhabitat für das Große Mausohr und Bechsteinfledermaus. Wochenstuben des großen Mausohrs. Einzelne Höhlen im Kalkgestein.

Erhalt des bestehenden Laubholzanteiles als Lebensraum für das Große Mausohr und die Bechsteinfl.. Erhalt der Wochenstuben und Hauptflugrouten (Gr. Mausohr). Maßnahmenplan (2016): Maßnahmen zur Gewährleistung eines aktuell guten oder sehr guten Erhaltungszustandes für die im Gebiet vorkommenden LRT und Arten oder Maßnahmen zur Wiederherstellung eines günstigen Erhaltungszustandes für die im Gebiet vorkommenden LRT und Arten.
