Reich strukturiertes Gebiet im Südosten von Darmstadt-Eberstadt mit Vorkommen von subkontinentalen Blauschillergrasfluren in Verbindung mit krautreichen Grünlandbeständen, Ruderalfluren und totholzreichen Streuobstbeständen.
