Other Site Characteristics

Südhang des Peterberges mit verbuschenden Grasheiden (aus ehemaligen Äckern hervorgegangen), Frisch- und Feuchtwiesen sowie Borstgrasrasen. Intensiv genutzte Grünlandparzellen auf der Hochfläche des Sinnen- und Eifelbachsberges. Felsflur im Ort Eiweiler.

4.2 Quality and importance

Vielgestaltiger Landschaftsausschnitt in Mittelgebirgslage mit Heiden und Borstgrasrasen, exponierter Vulkanitfelsen mit sehr gut ausgebildeten Felsgrus-Fluren alte, längst in Sukzession befindliche Kulturlandschaftselemente Vulkanitfelsen als geologisches Lehrobjekt
