Frühjahrsgeophytenreicher Buchen-, Eschen-Buchen- und Eichen-Buchenwald mit zahlreichen natürlichen Kleingewässern (Dolinen, 'Mardellen'). Z.T. ehemalige Mittelwälder.

4.2 Quality and importance

Hervorragend ausgeprägte Bestände von Buchenwäldern auf schweren Verwitterungs und Lößlehmen mit ihren unterschiedlichen Altersstadien und Ausbildungen, dazwischen wassergefüllte Dolinen ('Mardellen') mit gut ausgeprägten eutr. Gewässern z.T. Reste alter Mittelwaldbewirtschaftung
