Other Site Characteristics

Lugar situado en la vertiente norte de la sierra Caballera, una de las que forman la barrera de las Sierras Exteriores pirenaicas, que sirve de límite biogeográfico entre las regiones Alpina y Mediterránea. Geológicamente, está constituido por calizas marinas masivas, alternando con areniscas y calizas lacustres y con areniscas y yesos.-
