Other Site Characteristics

Sierra calcárea con numerosos afloramientos rocosos, en la que predominan tomillares termófilos, coscojares y pinares de Pinus halepensis.

4.2 Quality and importance

La Sierra de Abenuj se carcateriza por tener suelos calizos, secos y pobres con perfil poco desarrollado, entre cuyos pedregales encuentra su única localización la planta Sideritis serrata, cuya población goza de buen estado de salud.
