Other Site Characteristics

La mitad noreste de la ZEC Río Guadalquivir Tramo Superior está relacionada con el acuífero cárstico Sierra de Cazorla Cazorla, asentado sobre dolomías y calizas dolomíticas con intercalaciones margoarcillosas. La mitad suroeste se asienta sobre el acuífero detrítico Aluvial del Guadalquivir-curso alto con litología de arenas, gravas, conglomerados, limos y arcillas.La ZEC Río Guadalquivir Tramo Superior que se ubica sobre el Piedemonte de Cazorla, se encuadra dentro del área paisajística de serranías de baja montaña.
