4.2 Quality and importance

Ce réseau de galeries souterraines constitue un ensemble de sites d'hibernation pour 6 espèces de chiroptères dont 4 inscrites à l'annexe II de la directive "habitats". Les effectifs présents confèrent à ce site un intérêt majeur à l'échelle régionale. Les effectifs de Grand murin sont remarquables pour le quart nord-ouest de la France.
