Other Site Characteristics

Partie la plus représentative d'un ensemble forestier parcouru de vallons où se développent localement divers habitats humides et des forêts alluviales. Le Plan Simple de Gestion, récemment approuvé, prévoit le maintien en l'état de la zone proposée. Pas de menace prévisible à court terme, compte tenu des orientations de gestion arrétées dans le Plan Simple de Gestion approuvé.

4.2 Quality and importance

Intéressant complexe d'habitats de zones humides : étang, tourbière, cours d'eau bordé de ripisylve, entouré d'une chênaie acidiphile. La qualité de la gestion forestière a permis la conservation de l'ensemble de ces habitats. Le cours d'eau est également dans un bon état de conservation, permettant la présence d'Austropotamobius pallipes.
