4.2 Quality and importance

Gli habitat del sito sono mediamente in un buono stato di conservazione. In particolare, la torbiera di Malga Lavedole di elevato pregio naturalistico e necessita di interventi di tutela per preservarla dal pascolamento del bestiame, in questa area ancora attivo. Nel sito sono inoltre presenti, come una tra le poche stazioni dell'intera provincia bresciana, boschi di Pino cembro caratterizzati da individui maturi. Data la particolare ubicazione e l'elevato pregio naturalistico dell'area, si segnalano, al fine di un possibile ripristino, i ruderi di Malga Lavedole, di significativo interesse storico-culturale nonch turistico.
