Other Site Characteristics

Laghetto di tipo eutrofico presso Pergine (Valsugana), originato da sbarramento alluvionale, con una fascia di canneto sulle rive e vegetazione fanerogamica natante e sommersa al centro. Sono presenti habitat di particolare interesse non compresi nell'all.I della direttiva 92/43/CEE, in particolare: Phragmition (canneti) (10%).

4.2 Quality and importance

L'interesse è dovuto al laghetto, con l'orlo di vegetazione elofitica e la vegetazione di idrofite natanti. Si tratta di un biotopo di vitale importanza per la riproduzione di molte specie di anfibi e rettili. Presenza di invertebrati dell'allegato II che indicano buona naturalità delle acque correnti.
