Other Site Characteristics

Ambito di risorgiva con boschetti, per lo più a sviluppo lineare lungo i fossi ed i canali, e prati umidi (a giunchi e carici). Rogge e canali con vegetazione aquatica delle sorgenti e delle acque lente, e vegetazione di bordura. Prati da sfalcio. Forte incidenza di seminativi ed erbai. Area umida naturaliforme in contesto fortemente antropizzato (prevalentemente agrari0). Importante sito di alimentazione e riproduzione per l'avifauna acquatica (es. nitticora). Presenza di specie floristiche e faunistiche rare legate a questo tipo di ambienti.
