Clima: Termotipo collinare superiore, Ombrotipo subumido superiore. Geologia: Olistoliti di calcari a rudiste e di calcari subcristallini.

4.2 Quality and importance

Gli habitat rinvenuti lungo le pareti di Morgia S.Michele, non sembrano a rischio di degrado o di scomparsa sempre che venga preservata l'integrità della morgia. Morgia Ternosa, invece, versa in condizioni di maggiore degrado. Il querceto a Quercus pubescens e Quercus cerris non forma un consorzio boschivo ben strutturato e presenta un corredo floristico con poche specie nemorali e specie cosmopolite.
