Other Site Characteristics

The territory covers a large area, which lies near the the State border between Lithuania and Poland. the agricultural land mostly used for extensive farming predominated there. Hilly relief and great diversity of habitats are characteristic of the site. Holts, small lakes and pools as well as small fens lies between the agricultural land.
