Other Site Characteristics

A typical complex of wet mixed forest with patches of spuce stands. The long forest edge line is characteristic of the territory. The outskirts were mostly used for intensive agriculture in previous decades, however large part of the land is deserted now.

4.2 Quality and importance

Importan breeding sites of Aquila pomarina, Pernis apivorus threatened at the European Union level.
