Other Site Characteristics

Beech forest with trees of different ages. There are also some dead fallen trees and high stumps. Området går genom två biogeografiska regioner. EU-kommissionen tog beslut om den kontinentala delen 200412 och den boreala delen 200501.

There are many epiphytic lichens and mosses on the old beech stems. Some of these species are redlisted.
