Other Site Characteristics

Surrounding area of the site is former meadowland and pastures, now plantated with spruce. Site is a remainder of the meadows and has been left because of extraordinary floraelements. Restoration of site is in progress to support flora.

Site has high quality as one of few remaining localites of orchid Lady´s Slipper. Rich and diverse flora thanks to calcerous bedrock.
