| Skyddad enligt Miljöbalken 4 kap 6 §. Vattenkraftverk samt vattenreglering eller vattenöverledning för kraftändamål får inte utföras inom denna älvsträckas vattenområde med tillhörande käll- och biflöden.Förslaget omfattar sjöar och vattendrag inom hela avrinningsområdet exklusive de delar som redan ingår i SE0720186 Grubbdalen, SE0720199 Gråberget - Hotagsfjällen och SE0720160 Oldflån - Ansätten, samt i nu föreslagna SE0720273 Bågavattnet.Den aktuella delen av avrinningsområdet uppgår till 101881 ha och huvudälvfårans sträcka är ca 29 km inom alpin region.Delen Gunnarvattsån, 3 km, är av habitattypen alpina vattendrag med örtrik strandvegetation och resterande delar med bl.a. Toskströmmen och Rengsfallet, 26 km, av habitattypen naturliga större vattendrag.Namnet Hårkan existerar endast nedströms sjön Hotagen inom boreal region, inom alpina regionen är avrinningen fördelad på ett flertal biflöden med egna namn.Rödlistade arter: Öring / Salmo trutta (H4), harr / Thymallus thymallus (H4). |
