Other Site Characteristics

Lowland illirian oak and hornbeam forest, last remain of the huge forested areas between Sava and Krka river.

Largest complex of lowland illirian oak and hornbeam forest in the upper part of the Sava river catchment. Spontanous reintroduced beever colony, Cerambix cerdo habitat.
