Other Site Characteristics

The site consists of two parts: 1/ andesite hill with the blown sands and secondary xerophilous grassland-herbaceous communities and 2/ isolated oxbow lake of Bodra River with the wetlands vegetation.

4.2 Quality and importance

The only one locality of Dianthus serotinus on sands of Východoslovenská nížina Lowland and one of the two localities of Pulsatilla pratensis ssp. flavescens in Slovakia.
