Other Site Characteristics

Grassland fragments (fen meadows, Molinia meadows, dry sandy grasslands), which fit into the agricultural environment of middle-sized plots like a mosaic west of the settlement of cs. The areas are situated in the former active floodplains as well as flood plains of River Duna. Nowadays Robinia pseudoacacia and hybrid poplar plantations are also present here and in the surroundings. The recent water-balance is highly dependent on the prevailing precipitation.
